Adjustable sliding systems capable of safely transporting up to 6 types of floor pans (from small cars to SUVs) via adjustable extensions (belt hinges).
Overhead conveyors
Overhead conveyors are used to transport bodies during the various assembly stages.
We have developed a multi-platform sling-bar system, i.e. one that can carry bodies of different sizes. In practice, we can load both small car bodies and SUV bodies on the same sling bar.
The transport hook can be set up in less than a minute and correct setting is assured through an artificial vision system.
Our sling-bar system includes:
- automatic checking that fasteners are correctly positioned and in the open position;
- automatic loading of bodies, taking them directly from the skids of the trim line;
- automatic hook closure control after body loading;
- transition from marriage;
- control of the open position of the web hooks;
- automatic unloading of the completed car on end-of-line belts.
Our sling-bar system can also be easily upgraded for new bodies with different set-ups.
All incorporated automation and related controls are industrial and respect the cycle times set by the customer.

Floor conveyors
Floor conveyors are used for two purposes:
- to move operators together with cars, when the latter are being assembled on the overhead conveyors;
- to move cars along the assembly line once they are resting on their wheels on the ground.
The belts in the two different modes of use do not differ much. The only real difference is in whether or not they have cleats.
Cleats are protrusions needed to hold vehicle wheels during belt/vehicle movement.
Our belts are made of high-strength plastic material with an anti-slip and anti-wear surface. The belt can also be equipped with antistatic systems capable of discharging any electrostatic charges (an essential system for safeguarding electrical circuits that are not yet fully wired).
All installations are industrial in nature and comply with the cycle times set by the customer.
Floor conveyors features
Vehicle transport systems can be used for:
- special assembly with suspended vehicles;
- special assembly with vehicles on the floor;
- vehicle quality control.
Technical features
- Variable length from 2 to 50m. Synchronised sections can be created to have belts of, potentially, infinite length;
- modules that can be configured by type, colour and width;
- adjustable speed;
- option of including a brake motor (constant belt advance).
