Wheel aligners

Complete systems for measuring and adjusting wheel angles by finding the perfect settings for the vehicle.

Precision and accuracy are ensured by a high-resolution 3D camera system for in-depth scanning of the wheel position.

These systems can be used in recovery areas and/or for quality control.

They can also be used in assembly lines with cycle times of more than 30 minutes.

Diagnostics

iONE Cruiser is a new generation diagnostic tool designed to communicate with all vehicles using the different communication protocols of on-board ECUs.

It features fast communication, high computing power, flexibility and modularity.

These features, combined with a new-generation software platform, enable operators to diagnose multiple ECUs simultaneously and perform fault read/cancellation, coding, calibration and activation operations quickly and efficiently, including with a “multi-environment” approach.

Thanks to the integration with iONE TECHDATA, all the technical data required by the workshop can be displayed in real time, directly from the tool.

iONE supports all major communication protocols: ISO 15765, ISO9141, ISO14230, CAN ISO 11898, SAE J1939, SAE J2534 Pass-Thru, DoIP (ISO13400).
